1.Download the from this link Dictionary.zip file

2.unzip file -->Click on crammer.exe

3.In System Tray(near computer clock) a blue icon appears

4.Right click on it

5.Select dictionaries --->click add ---> add englishwordmeaning.dct----> click OK
